Milano Discoveries!

What a wonderful cavern of sweets and delights to be found in Milan at Marchesi 1824. It is found in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II that is a beautiful example of 19th century architecture and the creation at the time of a collection of an arcade of stores and restaurants opened in 1877. The food, service and location are superb and I could have spent all day there, especially as I met a fellow Jamaican there who probably is in Italy as much as I am, the beautiful and fascinating @mcfayden19 The Marchesi is a favorite meeting point in Milan and rightfully so. The selling point for me is the availability of eggs for breakfast and wonderfully sinful cappuccinos. However, as you can see from these images, this is an Aladdin’s Cave of sinful delights from pastries to chocolates, jellies and tramezzini, no one could walk out of here dissatisfied. 🌞
